JANUARY NEWS

Happy January! We are now working towards the big spring recitals –

Harrahs just confirmed our RECITAL dates (drum roll please)…..

Wednesday, April 25^th , Thursday, April 26^th , and two shows on Sunday, April 29^th – THE SHOWS TAKE PLACE IN HARRAHS SHOWROOM (not the convention center).

The pre-school classes are each assigned to one of the shows, kindergarten and elementary to two shows and middle school and high school are usually in all.

Remember attendance at class is very important….

LESSON PAYMENTS ARE DUE NOW. Our yearly fee is divided into equal monthly or bi monthly payments so every payment is the same amount and not adjusted during holidays.

SPRING RECITAL COSTUMES were ordered the two days after Christmas. Please check to be sure you’ve paid your costume fees.

YES we DO have classes on Monday, January 16^th…..MLK Day.

SNOW DAYS – even if it has been declared a snow day by the schools, we sometimes have class – so, please check the Lake Tahoe’s Shining Stars facebook page or the blog on the website….we usually make a decision by 2:30PM for our classes that start after 3PM and by noon for our 1PM classes.

STUDIO TRIVIA – It is the 10 year anniversary since the torch run….many of you are asking what was that?
